Mangalam Pundari Kakshah, Mangalaya Tano Harih॥ Mangalam Bhagwan Vishnuh, Mangalam Garunadhwajah। Chanting it regularly can relieve stress and erase guilt from the heart. This Mantra is believed to liberate a person from their karmic deeds that they performed consciously or unconsciously and helps them attain enlightenment. The Mantra means, “Whatever I do with my Body, Speech, Mind or Sense Organs, Whatever I do to use my Intellect, Feelings of Heart or unconsciously through the natural tendencies of my Mind, Whatever I do, I do all for others, I Surrender them all at the Lotus Feet of Sri Narayana”. This Mantra is found both in the Bhagavad Gita and the Mukundamala. Vishnu Sloka:īuddhy-Aatmanaa Vaa Prakrteh Svabhaavaat | Ancient sages believed that reciting this Mantra helps one gain concentration and that Vishnu would guide one always.
